It is being under construction in the district 13 in the core commercial area of the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar. The construction of the 7-story building with 9,600m2 stated in June 2012 and will be completed in December 2013.
Now, Building A is 8-9 enlargement of the floor. Building B is 380m2 and was completed in October 2014.
